What is RSS?

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication", a format for distributing and gathering content from websites. Web publishers use RSS to easily create and distribute news feeds that include links, headlines, and summaries.

News Readers (also called "News Aggregators") download and display RSS feeds for you. Click on the Google link here to find links to the most popular products, many of which are free to install. Different News Readers work on different operating systems, so you will need to take this into account when you make your choice.

 
  The Anglican Portal is published by the Telecommunications Department of the Anglican Communion Office, which is the Secretariat for the Anglican Consultative Council, an official entity of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Provincial news releases officially published by Anglican Provinces are displayed on the portal as an online service to the Anglican Provinces.
The Provinces and their writers and editors are solely responsible for their news content.
